What can't be returned?

  • Items already sold (exceptions may apply, contact us with pictures).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

 

How to return a damaged or missing item:

  1. Contact customer support within 1 day for damaged items or 2 days for missing items with pictures (idikagoa@gmail.com or +91-9834609445).

  2. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

 

How refunds work:

  • We'll inspect your returned item.

  • If approved, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
